Krystin Draper RoseKrystin Draper Rose has fourteen years of litigation experience.  Ms. Rose uses her vast experience as a plaintiff’s attorney to give each of her clients the best legal representation available.  She believes in being there for each and every client regardless of the size of their case.  She understands the importance of giving each client individual attention.  She spends the time necessary to understand her client’s needs. She is an attorney who gets the job done right.  She will work hard to obtain the best results for her clients whether through negotiation, arbitration, or jury trial. Ms. Rose’s years as a personal injury attorney have given her experience in a large variety of cases including traumatic brain injuries, pedestrian/automobile injuries, bicycle injuries, motorcycle collisions, and truck collisions.  She also has experience in many other areas of law including business law, environmental crimes, personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, custody disputes, pre-nuptial agreements and adoptions.

Ms. Rose was born and raised in Michigan.  She moved to Sarasota, Florida where she graduated from New Colleges’ Honor’s program.  In 1990, she relocated to Portland, Oregon in order to attend Northwestern School of Law Lewis & Clark College. She decided that Oregon is the best place to raise her family and has chosen to make Oregon her permanent home.

Ms. Rose began her career as an attorney in 1993.  She began managing her own practice in 2001. She became the managing partner of Aubertine Draper Rose, LLP in 2007.   She is a member of Oregon Trial Lawyers and Oregon Women Lawyers.

Ms. Rose also works as a volunteer with high school children and foster children.  Ms. Rose has taught English as a second language while working at a boarding school in Switzerland.  She has spoken to high school students about the importance of staying in school.  She has worked with the  Imprint Program helping high school students enhance their reading comprehension and vocabulary skills.  She also works as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), advocating for children who have been neglected, abused, or are under the protection of the courts.

Ms. Rose’s other  interests include raising two children, running marathons, bicycling, reading, golf, cooking, and gardening.
